This series LTSF sterilizers are designed and manufactured to the latest standard, our LTSF sterilizers have standard, widely suitable for sterilizing almost heat-sensitive medical items, especially the instruments following,

• Most types of endoscopes (both rigid and flexible), e.g. arthroscopes, cystoscopes, laparoscopes, bronchoscopes, coloscopes, gastroscopes, duodenoscopes, choledochoscopes, laryngoscopes, nephroscopes etc.

• All heat-sensitive instruments for advanced eye surgery (e.g. cryo-instruments)

• Most plastic materials (syringes, coils, tubing, diathermy cables etc)

Safety, ensuring your no hazardous using any moment

♦ Formaldehyde is a naturally and quickly biodegradable safe sterilant and can be degraded by photochemical reactions and its half-life is a couple of hours. No hazardous residues final left in environment.

♦ LTSF sterilizers operate under deep vacuum conditions and no formaldehyde emitting to harm operating personnel.

♦ Before draining out of the LTSF sterilizers, the formaldehyde dilution ratio is less than 1:300,000 (~0.003%) to ensure the surroundings safety.

♦ Multiple pulsation steam washing after sterilization to dilute and reduce the residues in items to be sterilized down to safety level (safety value is less than 250ug, our test value is <25ug) to ensure the patient safety.

Technology, ensuring your easy installation and operation

♦ Controlled by microcomputer and touch screen which allows easy and friendly access to the different working menus to operate it.

♦ Linear graphic recorder with two channels (pressure and temperature).

♦ All that is required to install the system is water, power supplies and a standard drain. No venting to the exterior and no special location is required. It can be installed in the CSSD near steam sterilizer.

♦ Traditional wrapping systems are used.

♦ Cycle monitoring is performed using standard chemical and biological indicators.

♦ One or two door versions are available for your option.

♦ Process management with PC through our management system or standards communication support is optional.
