Advantages


Low temperature sterilization

The sterilizing temperature range is 50±5℃. Adopts dry sterilization which has no injury on instruments so that extends the instrument service life.

Safe and environment friendly

The agents of sterilization are water and oxygen molecule that have no toxic harm to staff or patient, and there is no special need for drainage or air exhausting. The high efficient H2O2 filler is installed in the exhausting outlet to guarantee no H2O2 pollution to the environment.

Time-saving and cost-efficient

Rectangular chamber has greater capacity, high efficiency and short sterilizing cycle (≤50mins). The sterilized articles can be used directly without extra processing. This can increase the instrument turnover efficiency and decrease the storage of precious instrument to cut cost indirectly.

Only power supply is needed for installation. The control system adopts Touch Screen HMI with PLC intelligent program design for convenient and simple operation.

Reliable sterilization

The chamber adopts aluminum material which has good thermal conductivity to guarantee a stable and even temperature in the chamber. The low temperature storage system provides a stable concentration of H2O2. All these ensure the reliable sterilization.

Safe sealing door

The sterilizer adopts motorized vertical sliding door with reliable sealing function and safe lock device to guarantee safety.

Data management

The flash disk USB can store original cycle data for inquiry. Micro printer prints cycle data timely. There are two types of record methods to guarantee the data is 100% acquirable.

Advanced configuration

The vacuum pump, controller, pressure transmitter and other key components are world famous brands. The sterilizer equipped with multiple programs and bar code identification system (option).

Chamber: Rectangle chamber of Aluminum alloy, Material: 20mm polymer Isolation material (Durability to 120Cº) eliminating heat loss.
 
Door system

  • Motorized, silicon sealed up/down sliding door system

  • Automatically locked during the sterilization process. After cycle is completed, the door can not be released until the inner pressure and outer pressure are balanced.

  • If double door structure, the two doors will be interlocked to avoid cross-contamination.

Sterilant: needed 90% Hydrogen peroxide 3ml for each cycle, a bottle of 100 ml H2O2 solution(58%) can use 20 cycles.
 
Filter system: Air passed through HEPA filter to avoid articles second contamination.
 
Cycle Data: USB connection available for intelligent data management, Micro printer records sterilization cycle data, Error Messages etc.
 
Alarm system: Visual and Audible Alarm upon the failure form the detect system. the Temperature, Pressure, Sterilant level etc will be detected automatically.
 
Security: Integrated Emergency Button, Door Safety Sensor, Visual and Audial Error Warnings.

  • User can reach to the main menu from coloured touch screen display.
