All our products quality control starts from the material's quality through manufacturing process until the machine FAT. Key control points are below

1. Material physical and chemical testing

      For stainless steel grade and chemical components analysis,with chemical composition and mechanical properties.

2.Each welding 100% welding radiographic testing

3. Hydrostatic Test for whole body integrate

  0.31Mpa maintain 60 min.

4. Nameplate for each machine as identity
